The five Festival Strings are non-auditioned ensembles, designed for students in middle school who have had one or two years instruction in a school setting. Younger students may participate if approved by the conductor. The conductors are Mark Osborn (Norman Festival Strings - Whittier Middle School), Kristin Geist (Edmond Festival Strings - Cheyenne Middle School), Jessica Stephens (North Area Festival Strings - OCU), Karina Fisher (Mid-Del Festival Strings - Jarman Middle School), and Denise McClurg (Stillwater Festival Strings - Stillwater Middle School). Tuition for the 2012-2013 Season is $300.
